Tom, along with a gang of Excel family members hit the Service Dept. in Smith Center with S~T~Y~L~E this morning.

Our customers hosted a feast of smoked chicken and pork, potato salad, cole slaw, baked beans, and a fantastic chocolate desert.

Now, I don't know for sure, but I'll bet Jack has his crew take a few extra steps on Tom's Excel.

I had the privilege of sitting by Mr. & Mrs. Clapham while eating. What a nice couple. I actually suggested that perhaps we could start a contest among all the Excel family members who come in for service. We could have a different group of customers prepare lunch each day, invite the Excel crew to eat, and we would objectively vote each month on the winner.

So far, this meal would be HARD to top.

Thanks to Tom and all the other family members who had a hand in the preparation.

Bryan

Oh boy, a promotion! I've managed an auto dealer service dept. with 136 team members in another life time. What fun! Bryan, we need to triple the size of the service department, find about 24 more qualified RV techs and give me a open expense account and we're in business! I'll also need to "pad" myself from the customers, so need about 6 service advisor's! Oh yeah, also never be concerned of net profit (loss) of the service dept.

We're having way too much fun in SC! Just having some fun with the boss.

Tom

Tom,
Since you are the new complaint manager, I have a couple complaints and I want your total undivided attention ahora! Stop everything you are doing and call me now. I want talk to you about my wheels being out of round and the thickness of the lens on my light fixtures. Call me right now.

Woke up Virgil! He must have Jo out pulling weeds and hauling the trash! I'll trade places with him any day -- living at a millionaire's RV resort in the Keys for the winter. Virgil shouldn't have ANY complaints! Enjoy brother, I'm jealous!

Good Job Tom.... Just remember it's all about how much money you save... for every dollar you save, you get a cut.

'at a boy Tom..... I see your PR skills are right at prime. Just tell everyone to go p*** up a rope. That's exactly what I got outta that book "How to win & keep customers happy" At this rate, we should have the service department caught up in no time.

No, that's not what I meant. PI gave them to Chief last year. Since you are up at PI, maybe they can help identify Excel owners.
