I just got back to California from picking up my new Winslow 28 RLW at RV Sales in Moriarty, NM – a 900 mile one way trip. I’d like to highly recommend RV Sales to anyone thinking about purchasing a new Excel. I’ve owned five different RV’s since the 70’s, and without a doubt, Kathy and Ralph Chowning at RV Sales are the nicest people I’ve ever purchased an RV from. They really know their Excel products. They answered all my many questions and always responded to my phone calls and emails promptly. In addition, the new quality control program run by Bryan Smith at Peterson Industries is an excellent one. Since the trailer I purchased was a special order, I had a long PDI (pre-delivery inspection) checklist that I spent three days going over while staying onsite in my new trailer. I found everything to my specifications with the exception of a few minor adjustments that were easily corrected by Ralph. I would be happy to provide additional details about my purchase at RV sales – a great place to buy an Excel.

Bill I couldn't agree more with you we came all the way from Massachuetts to get our trailer that we ordered in 2008. They are very special and know the trailers. We may have a new one coming up sometime soon and it would most likely come from there. Petreson Industries are one of the best out there and will take care of you.

Congrats on your new Excel. You did well in choosing RV Sales in Moriarty, NM. We have bought 2 rigs from them and will go back for our third, when the time is right.

Tom,
The last time I did this was because I needed a new TV and Roseann wanted a convection microwave. All "three" of them are still working. It wouldn't hurt though to have a bigger TV.

I may get bashed for saying this but it won't be the first time I have stated my opinion and got in trouble.
I think that all great Excel dealers should be recognized, not just RV Sales in Moriarty, NM. I have never been there and I am sure they are great.
My dealer is Larry's RV in North Platte, NE and he will give you a good deal, has excellent service, great at fixing problems that occur, and it is centrally located in the U.S.
I agree it is close to me and I do not have to drive 1,000 miles to get a good deal and great service.

I will get off the soapbox now and MM you can delete this if it is not appropriate.

red
P.S. Larry did not pay me for saying this

Yes I am!!$$$$

No, not really. Larry's RV is also my dealer that I bought the Wild Cargo from. I can't say all the great things that Red said but I'll get back up to North Platte some day. With us it's the same distance to SC as it is to North Platte.
