Small storage door holders

Has anyone replaced the crappy friction type small storage door holders with magnetic ones? Where did you get them and did the screw hole match up well. Thanks

Knight, you don't have your rig info in your signature or profile, so very hard to give you good info. A pic of what your describing would be nice too.

I think he is referring to Top Line Heavy Duty Door Retainers.

Thanks Doc, OK then, I've found these as being OK as long as you keep wax away from them....I cover them with tape while waxing the rig. Also I've heard that if you snap them hard when it's very cold (below freezing) they have a tendency to split/break. I simply keep a couple on hand all the time just in case. No big deal.

Sorry about that Tom. It is a 2011 36GKE Limited. I am referring to the hold opens on the battery compartment and the outside lawn chair compartment. I found some magnetic ones on Amazon, but I will have to wait until we get back to Texas in October to see if the screw holes will line up.

Those are the ones Doc. I plan if going with the magnetic if the screw holes line up.

I hope you have better luck with that than I. None I found lined up. Will buy a few of the plastic ones soon.

I keep a about 3 of them in inventory. Had a couple of friends give me their extra ones when they sold their rigs.

What is the center to center measurement of the screw holes?
