SOB (Some other Brand)

Got to look a two of the New Horizons Majestic's this last week at the HDT Rally. The prototype and the fourth or fifth unit built. They are nice units. Just not for me.

Still,

Yeah those are some pretty big rigs, quite heavy.....you'd need a REAL truck to tow that rascal, not some ol' little girlie truck!

Just on the outside. The inside is like in the past. Great quality. Nicely ste up with more than normal counter space

We've also looked at the New Horizons Majestic on-line and it appears to be a very nice coach -- understand Tom's concerns, based on his factory visit, and the lack of a dealer network for warranty. However, my experience with our Excel is that they (Peterson) prefer to repair major warranty issues at the factory, versus the dealer. Both manufacturers are on "The Yellow Brick Road" in Kansas.

Phil did state that warranty was not a problem as long as the service center you took it to would call New Horizons and talk to them first. They would also work with the service center in what needed to be done to fix the problem. I would say that they must be respected to be able to do that. The billing for the work done would sent directly to New Horizons and the owner would be out no money for warranty work.
