I've tooted his horn before, but Chris ('Workshop') continues to provide detailed information on the various repairs/upgrades he has made to his 2001 Excel. Don't let the title, "Restoration 101:Life of a 2001" stop you from reading his postings -- many of these procedures apply to newer Excels and other RVs.

I appreciate the time/effort that Chris continues to place on educating those of us that don't have his skills.

Thanks Chris -- although I may not comment on all your contributions, they don't go unnoticed.
John

I second Chief's comments. I've had the pleasure of meeting Chris and Debra at their lovely home in FL and seeing what the guy does. We spent a day and half together and almost solved all the world's problems! Chris is multi-talented and I learned a lot from the "Workhorse"! We share the same birthday and think anally alike! Scary ain't it? I think if we lived closer together we could do some real damage! Thanks Chris, we appreciate all you do.

Chris,

I always enjoy your posts and the sticky. If I was going to purchase another Excel now yours would be the one I want. I know it would be in perfect condition. Yours will probably go for decades.

Cudo's to workshop. I enjoy reading your articles, very informative. I haven't told DH were I'm getting all my info, sorry workshop, but I'm having fun watching DH's face when I talk a little technical to him. It blows his theory that I'm blond to the brain. Thanks for all your hardwork on keeping us informed.

Paula,

My wife uses the excuse that she is a bottle blond, so it don't work in this house.
