I am currently in California, yesterday I went to the union hall in Vacaville and took a dispatch for a job in Bakersfield for Monday morning and the employer wanted me in Fresno Friday morning to do paper work and take a drug test. I got back to my bunk house in West Sacramento around noon and got on Map Quest to see that I was 175 miles from the main office. Well I was staying on the river so I told myself I'd take my time and leave around 7 pm to miss rush hour. I had all my duties done and was ready to start sliding in my wings .
I started to bring the largest in first and nothing , so I tried the bedroom and it worked and so did the smaller slide out. I tried the last one and nothing. My mind started going , new trailer and its not working, I'll have to drive back for it tomorrow, an extra 350 miles and a day shot.
Well about 7;15 PDT I called Don of RV Central and told him my problem. We discussed things and I finally suggested that he call Curtis in Smith Center (CDT). While I was waiting for an answer I booted up and got on IRV2 and went to search looking for hydraulics. The first post I read was Wrong way's(thank you too) and it was talking abut the amperage the hydraulic sides use.
Bam it hit me between the eyes, last weekend when I cleaned my black water I turned the battery off. After turning it back on the last slide came in normally. So I created the problem and it is hard for me to admit that these are shoulder blades and not wings
I want to thank IRV2 for being such a wonderful tool for the River( Route 66 and TX iceman it was a good thing I did not have you're phone numbers) Peterson Industries for coming to my rescue in the evening. Curtis thank you. I know it was 10pm you're time. And RV Central Thanks Don. I suppose now he'll start nibbling on that 40 lbs. of Halibut I got in his freezer from last falls Alaskan fishing trip.
So I am in Fresno and I'll still make my 2pm tee time in Tulare
