Each of these improve the shake, rattle and roll some...
1. Roto Choks wheel chocks
2. Tripod pinbox stabilizer
3. JT stabilizers or the like - does the most good, but pricey
4. Mount rig on sinder blocks!! Neighbors talk about trailer trash!

We don't use the pin box stabilizer, we use our jacks down and then we use the rear stabilizers. The only other thing I do re recheck the rear stabilizers after set up, I think after we put the bedroom slide out and unload the bike everything shifts and except for tossing and turn in bed we are stable so we have thought about the pin box stabilizer.

Not being a Fulltimer and mainly use our unit on weekends, we haven't used any additional equipment.
Other than leveling and using the rear stabilizers, we don't notice enough movement to bother us during normal use. Sister-in-Law has made comments, but thats good!
If we were sit up for more more than a few days at a time, might consider other choices.

If we are setting up for a couple of days we use the pin stabilizer. We always use rotochocks, wood under the rear stabilizer jacks and the front landing jacks.
DW has commented about the noise outside and found out it was a pretty good wind storm and we didn't have a clue. Not saying I am always clueless (Ha, beat you to it, SKIA) but I was that time.

We added the JT Strongarm Jack Stablizers. They really help to stabilize the rig, even when the washer is in the spin cycle. And we don't have to find a place to store a hitch stablizer.

I have a friend that when he is set up long term places a jack under the steps area it keep the side movement of someone entering or leaving from stopping. I do not a believer in slide out stabilizers, my concerns are if the trailer settles or the tires lose air that it would put a lot of pressure on the slide out rams. As far as chocks between the tires I have made some cheap ones. Presently I don’t have any so I can not post photo. I cut pieces of cross arms which are 4”x5” ( 4x4” will work too) in 6” lengths and bevel one side on all four pieces. I then use an all thread bolt to connect them and tighten them down applying pressure between the tires. All the material I use is headed for the dumpster so it is real cheap for me, but I think you could build them for under $10. Book2

In addition to the other suggestions, one thing that I have found really does a lot to stabilize the unit is to put a "Mobile Home" screw jack on each side between the ground and the frame of the trailer right in front or behind the tires.

I had forgot about the jack stands ordeal....and it helps a little bit too! Every thing in previous posts helps a little bit but the JT Stabilizers (or the like) do the most good. rockieheadtom

I saw the clip on JT'S stabilizers and thin it looks impressive .The RV show is coming to St. Louis early Feb,. and I think I'll get this unit. Pricey but they look hard to beat.
