Table hold down latch

I'm looking for a couple of hold down latches for the dining table, maybe similar to the latch on the leafs only that would work at 90 degrees. Have any of you done this?

I added 2 simulated latches this past winter, works greart, added 4 rupbber bunper so the leaf rested on the bumpers when the leaf is stored under the table top, made easer to get the leaf out of the storage area, the only thing that happens is the latch on the leaf will fall down over the edge on the storage area ,just push them up from below. I found the latches at a ace hardware store in Alamo, TX.

Sorry, what I failed to say was that I'm wanting to attach table pedistal legs to floor.
