I just returned from Smith Center after having my 2006 33RSO repaired. Jackie was assigned to my 5th wheel and did and excellent job. She came and got me each day to bring me up to date as she progressed on my trailer. I had a leak on bed room slide and below courtesy light by entry door. Also had frame made so I could attach LCD TV to my entertainment center. Some of work was under warranty and some was not. But I was treated fairly and work was done in a timely matter. I was showed how to check caulking to see if it is loose. Take rubbing alcohol on rag and wipe on caulk and if dirt reminds on edge of caulk check and see if loose on edge. Also after removing bad caulk again clean with rubbing alcohol and make sure to clean where new caulk will meet old caulk. They were very helpful. Thanks again to Jack and crew.
