Tom, you better stop showing off like that. Next thing you know you'll fall over backwards and we'll be hearing about a 7.6 earthquake out there in Kaliforina.

You would be better off taking that last few drops of of the wine and let the wine soak into gummy bears then stuff them into your Womp'Em biscuit.

In case your have'nt heard soaking gummy bears in a beverage of your choice is the latest craze amoung the kids today. You could be style'in and really impress the neighbors.

Thanks still, I think soaking the gummy bears is an excellent idea. I had no idea...most of the old folks around here are resorting to childhood anyway and I'm right in the middle of them!!! I'm thinkin' maybe a "gum em party"!!

Our very good friends just got here to Hemet to stay a couple months. We've already done dinner and a couple of happy hours. Paul and Cheryl (clspds on this forum) are alot of fun and we are so glad they chose to spend a couple of months in our park. They are former Excel owners. Anyhow, Paul said he needed to take his newer Chevy truck in for an oil change. I said why don't we just do it in the AM. OK.....well I told him the oil filter number and type of oil to get (looked it up on the internet). So I go to crawl under the truck and found out I needed a special wrench to get the oil filter off. This is the one where the filter in sunk down the edge of the oil pan, and the tool needs to go just on top of the filter. Went to Harbor Freight and got the tool. Then when I got back and removed the oil filter, the new filter was the wrong one. Off to WM to get the correct one (AC PF48) Got back and installed the new oil filter! We're on the downhill now!!! Put the drain pan underneath the oil drain on the engine oil pan. The oil started coming out and hitting a crossmember bolt and spraying oil all over the place. What a mess!!! Rags everywhere. Now to the grease job. My little grease gun had an almost new tube of moly grease but wouldn't come out due to an air pocket. Bled it and the grease started working....under the truck again. Two pumps and it did the same damn thing again. Rebled. Two more pumps and it stops again. Finally pulled the sprung piston back on the gun and took of the head off to inspect.....put it back on loosely so I could bleed that way. The thread didn't hold and the grease came all out of the gun all over the place. Fed the grease back in and clean up my mess. OK now I got grease gun working again. Completed the grease job. Now it's time to check the air filter and I dropped one of the screws down into the inner fender well. Had to remove the filter box and chase it down. Other than these little obstacle everything went fine. I don't think ol' Paul is gonna be asking me to do a "little girlie job" anytime soon. Bet I looked like a monkey making love to a football. Just one of those days!!! I bet I looked like Bruce in Paul's eye!!!
Ain't life grand???

Great job of telling on yourself Rockin. I could not have done it better.

Yes that might be true. You just go buy a new rig. Must be that GM retirement plan.

I do have to give you credit for your cooking skills. But hey, even I can do that. Straight ole meat and taters man.

We have a 2003 Excel 33RSE and unfortunatly it is in storage and I can't look for myself. Does anyone know if the factory provision for washer dryer also allowed for a vented unit? Also, do any of you have an opinion about how RV combo washer/dryers perform?
Thanks,
Rick

I have a "03" 33RSE that came with the washer dryer hookup. It is in storage so I can't look for myself but wondered if anyone knew if our units come with a way to install a vent for the dryer? I also would like feedback on how well a combo washer dryer performs.
Thanks,
Rick
