It amazes me is PI pushes their product to the retires, yet I know they make an extension for toilet. But you would think PI would push thetford to make higher toilet. When Mom comes to visit she is 84 she has to use the camp ground rest rooms.

"book2roadtrash" you've posted several suggested product improvements and identified perceived shortcomings in the Excel Customer Service function. Thanks, that's what makes this forum beneficial to current and prospective customers as well as PI.

My only suggestion is to add your name to your posts so PI can properly respond to your concerns. Without a name to put with the service/coach, this is not possible.

Chief' I'll you what you started it so here you are. I had something that should of been taken care of under warranty. I called customer service <jack> and left the message for them to call back. I explained on the message what was wrong and I was trying to take care it before my warranty was up. I got busy did not receive any call backs. I called three weeks after my warrant expired and Jack couldnot remeber my message and told me my waranty was up Have a great day Cheif, Book2roadtrash

This will be the first post that I have locked on our Excel Owner's Forum. Folks, open and free discussion of our Excel 5th wheels is always welcome. We as owners, prospective owners, and PI management all benefit from our input.

However, in all fairness, if you have a complaint about PI customer service and/or the Excel product, I ask that you include your name in the post. As you know, PI routinely visits this forum and reads what we have to say. A moniker does not facilitate their research of a particular problem/concern. That said, if you feel uncomfortable providing a name with your post, send a private email to PI.
Thanks, John
