We're about to pick up our new 33TKE. If you have a TKE, where did you mount the paper towel holder, and how does that work for you? We'd like to install a Black&Decker coffemaker- have any of you hung it under one of the kitchen cabinets, and how has that worked?
Finally, how about towel holders in the bathroom- number, type, locations?
Thank you!

Although we have a different model, we have the same enclosed bathroom. The only place, really, to put a towel bar is on the door, since a towel bar on the wall to the right of the closet would interfer with the opening of the closet door.
We have an over-the-door towel holder, but you could get the kind that screws into the door. For the wash cloths, we have hooks in the shower with suction cups.
Our kitchen has a different setup, but I think if I had the 33TKE, I'd mount the paper towel holder underneath the upper cabinet at the back of the sink, or maybe to the left of the sink next to the pantry.
You might want to rethink the under-the-counter coffee maker. Although we've never hand one, I've heard first-hand reports from people who have, and the steam from the coffee pot can really ruin the overhead cabinets. This might not be as much of a problem in the Limitied where the cabinets are made from solid wood (I think), but would be in both the RT and the Classic where the cabinets are wrapped wood.

Rick,
Ditto Linda on the under-the-counter coffeemaker. The steam will ruin you cabinets, we know from first-hand experience with a previous RV. We decided to not install the paper towel holder. Our MKO has an island with overhead cabinets and there was no place to install it that didn't look out of place. We went with a marble tower holder.
Agree with Linda on the plastic hooks for the shower -- ours are the stick-on type.

Welcome to the forum, Rick_CO.
I'm assuming that the CO is for Colorado...was that your TKE we saw today at the dealer in Ft. Collins? What a beauty! We also saw the new Toy Hauler. Sharp!
Sounds like they have you covered on the PT towel holder location.
Tom

We mounted the toilet paper holder on the wooded left washer / dryer door. It's not in the way, and you don't have to twist your arm off grabing it. I also installed a double towel bar beside the toilet. I had to shorten the bars to 13 in. Paper towel holder under cabinet to the left in the back good place for it. Nix the under cabinet coffee maker. Had one caused electric short that cost $200 to fix, and way too much steam.

We did the same, except on the right-hand door. Since we have a washer/dryer, we positioned the holder so that when the door is closed, it fits between the two units.
Another thought about the paper towel holder...if you have the same wooden one that came with your rig as we do, you might want to consider getting a different kind. Because the two sides don't move, it's very, very difficult to put a new roll of paper towels in...I fight it and swear at it everytime. Fitting the dowel in the first hole is easy...it's finding the second hole that's so difficult. If I'd known at the time how difficult it would be to put a new roll on, I would have gotten something different.

Thanks, all, for your suggestions and comments. We may go with an aluminum one like we had in our motorhome- we'll wait to try it out after delivery. Similar with coffeemaker- hadn't thought about the potential downsides.
Yes, CO is for Colorado (Grand Junction)- that is/was our TKE in Ft. Collins! We love it- the wrap-around sofa makes for a great living area. Quite the toy hauler indeed- just the thing to "wear" to Sturgis! We're however having our second childhood with a more conventional Excel.
We're impatiently awaiting delivery- we want it now! But can't do anything until the SuperGlide hitch arrives, so....
