We are also offering a brand new modified "E" bath. We're calling it the "Walk through "E" bath" Option. This gives you 2 doors into the enclosed bathroom. One from the bedroom and the other from the hall. Again, in this model we have the w/d closet in the front, beside the closet. In both of these, if you don't get the w/d, we offer a chest of drawers that fits nicely into the w/d closet. If you like the Splendide all in one w/d, it will sit on top of the chest of drawers.

Both of these bathrooms are especially nice if you option in the french door in the hall. On all new models, we have discontinued the hall window in the "E" bath and are blocking in for the french door.

We're excited about both of these floorplans.

Thanks,
Bryan

Bryan,
Any pictures yet or will they be on PI's web site?

Thanks,
Jim

Here are some pictures of the new bathroom. It will be available in any "E"
bath model.

Thanks, Bryan

Bryan, if the images are on the Internet someplace, then when you are composing your reply, look at the line directly above the box where you are typing. The second box from the right is a "Display Image" box. Just type in the URL of the picture and click "OK."

Thanks for the pix. Like they say...a picture is worth a thousand words. Even a country boy IQ 14 can figure it out!

Personally I like that door arangement. It gives you more options. I like the way the wall "raps around" the corner into the bedroom. Much cleaner, but seems like it would be a little tougher regarding the build process.

Bryan,

Is the black sink standard for '09? Are there any other colors available, like lighter colors?

Thanks,
rockin'

The "sand" color countertops that were standard in 2008 are still available.

SKIA,

Are you trying to take my place as the country boy trucker you call me the other day? Besides you come from the city anyway.

Thanks Byran for the sneek peek.

...Nice save, SKIA ...

I know these are not bathroom pics - but you can't stay in the bathroom 24/7...

Don't forget to look at the other bathroom photos that Bryan took above...

Any photos/layouts for the "M" (mid-aisle) option bathroom?

Also, any photos of the bedroom with the two new bathroom options (particularly showing the front & curbside cabinets), and the chest of drawers option that is available with the Splendide w/d combo...

Thanks!

I will have to wait until January to post more pictures. We currently don't have any of those models in inventory. Sorry for the wait.
