No I don't plan to sell real soon but is nice to know such an Old RV can hold NADA value that well.

I wouldn't put alot of faith in those NADA guides. You best bet is to see what is one used lots, newspaper ads, and of course Craigslist. The guides are used for loan values, but many dealers won't give you anywhere near those prices.

Are you referring to trade in value or resale value?
