SacsTC put these on our rig last year. I bought them from RVupgrades with a choice of colors...

I got 3 of those beauties, exact same color (silver) as MM's, installed them,wife said it was to dark inside the m/h,got tired of hearing about it so a month later I removed them. Wife is once again a happy camper(we will see how long this lasts).

I have Maxxair II s on my rig. They open like your’s MM. I had them dealer installed before taking possession. Saves on freight costs and if any leaks from installation is back on the dealers shoulders. I have never opened them as of yet. In fact in 15 months I have not been on the roof of my Excel. There is nothing up there I need, so maybe some day in the future I might venture up on top!!
