Almost everthing is fxed and after staying in it the last 3 weekends Imust say I am impressed with the quality and features I am finding.
Not to mention actually haveing a A/C unit and furnace that cycle.the old 5er had a a/c unit that ran all day and a heater that ran all night when cold. I am soooo pleased with this purchase I have a freind with a NEW montana and found 3 issues last weekend I just sat and drank beer.

You might have to get use to have an adult beverage more often. Although all rigs have some problems I have found the Excel to have fewer than SOB's.

I have enjoyed ours and can't think of any other 5er I would rather have. Not only in the quality but the company, that is more important than anything.

Someone may have a bad shift in the factory and screw something up and if the company does not stand behind their product it makes it very rough on you. That is why the Excels are great rigs, because the company stands behind their product to a fault. Without customers you have no business.

Steve N Jan,
Sure happy for you. We actually traded a Montana for our Excel and there IS a ton of difference beginning with the I-beam vs fully boxed steel frames. It just gets better from there.

Enjoy and please share your experiences with us, also join in on pushing Tom's buttons whenever the mood strikes you.
