Wife went crazy ???

My wife decided that we need a trailer and a golf cart to haul behind the Winslowand we don't even play golf. She says we can take it to bluegrass shows cause she can not get around very well anymore. I think it will be a you know what
I need help from anyone that has towed such and any advice.
The trailer is single axle 5.5x10 ft and weighs 900 pounds empty and the cart weighs about 550 pounds. Will the hitch on the Winslow support that without weighing it somehow?

I will even take advice from rockin' Tom
Send me a PM if you want.

If you have the PI installed Class III hitch you can tow up to 4000 lbs. Sounds like you have one so you should be good to go.

Sure wish my wife would go crazy like that! Usually when the phrase "I can't believe you bought that, are you nuts?" is uttered in our marriage, I'm the target not her!

JDT,
Thanks, I was wondering about the 400 lb tongue weight but I think it should be OK .

All, I do like all the jokes (keep them up) but I really do need help from someone that has done this.
Do I need rear camera, what speed is safe to tow, how do I protect front of cart from gravel chips, how difficult is it to find fuel and food stops that I can get into, etc? I have not done this before so I need help. (No comment from some I know)

I tow a trailer with golf cart behind a Winnie Vista 26he and have no problems. I do have a camera. in Texas some state parks will not allow Golf Cart. My DW is disabled and they don't care also I have a umbrella insurance on it for 2mil.

Couldn't resist the joke Red....

One thing to consider is that Nebraska allows triple tow rig but limits the length to an overall length of 65'. Not sure how yours totals out.
