Thank you all for your responses. Living here in Tomball, TX (north of Houston) I don't have the concerns you have above the Mason-Dixon Line, however, when we leave town for Thanksgiving and Christmas to visit relatives it sure makes me feel better to leave the coach behind properly winterized. I have seen too many freak cold spells when I have been out of town.
