First I'm a NASCAR fan, second, my favorite driver is Jeff Burton and third, my youngest son works in engine R&D at Richard Childress Racing so....Jeff Burton wins at Texas Motor Speedway today in a last lap pass. What a great race for RCR and 31 car fans!!!!!!

Virgil,
First I'm a NASCAR fan originally from Hickory, NC; secondly, my favorite driver is Tony Stewart; and third, check out my Mack's previous life! Link in sig.
Oh, I do like Volvo's a-l-s-o!

Nascar, Excel, Volvo, what a great life it is.

John just needs to find a Retired Volvo Nascar pulling MH Even if Volvo and Mack merged

John,
Your truck hauled NASCAR stuff to the track. Cool.
It was a great race today but not for 20 car fans. I felt bad about Tony today. I think something needs to be done about Juan Pablo Montoya...he just doesn't quite understand about not running underneath on an intermediate or superspeedway. I've seen him do that twice before this year. Stewart had a great car today but Montoya ruined his day.

Virgil -- I believe Tony handled the situation with Montoya very well. After the race he stated: <BLOCKQUOTE class="ip-ubbcode-quote"><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-title">quote:</div><div class="ip-ubbcode-quote-content">"Honestly, I don't blame him [because] you can't expect him to learn everything in four or five weeks," Stewart said. "He's got more talent than anybody's ever had over there on that team and he's got the best shot to do good on that team right now with the exception of David Stremme. </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

Larry -- the Volvo purchase of Mack will save a true "American" trucking icon. Volvo brings the dealer network and visibility to the table that Mack was lacking. Maybe the Chinese will buy Chrysler--just what the Dodge boys need!
