We are currently at Arm of Gold Campground, near Sydney, Nova Scotia, having just wrapped up this years' Newfoundland Caravan.
What a Trip! We had fantastic weather (for the most part

) and the iceberg viewing this year was outstanding! The icebergs off the Newfoundland coast are still making national and international news and Goose Cove, near St. Anthony had its harbor plugged briefly. We were there less than two weeks ago.
Akibase is right. Newfies are some of the greatest people in the world. If you say Hi to them, be prepared for a half hour conversation. They are very proud of their island and they have every right to be. It is beautiful!
I've posted a bunch of photos
here. These are roughly in the order they were taken, but I haven't had time to do captions yet. We'll also have a link up to them shortly on the Klub website. For some reason, I can't seem to update the site when I'm in Canada - possibly to prevent hacking from outside the US.
In any event, it was a great trip. Whether you go in a caravan or by yourself, by all means go. We highly recommend it!
