Congrats on jining the NKK. The NKK website is the best place to find out where all the fun is happening. Posts in this forum have links to the NKK web site and are usually current.

Is there a discount for Coach Net if you join? Their brochures say that there are discounts if you do, but when I was talking to them on the phone the price was the same whether I was in NKK or not. Can you clarify?

Hi 94-Newmar,
I have Coach Net via the NKK. When I joined there was a discount, I did this in August 2008. Unfortunately, I do not remember what the discount was. I think it was a standard amount provided to many different RV organizations members. One did need to belong to some RV organization to get the discount. This may be different now. Your best information will come from asking this question of Coach Net.

Well I did call them, thus the post, lol. There is no discount for Coach Net by being a NKK member apparently even though their brochures and website say they do.. so buyers beware.

There are discounts on parts from Newmar for one, some rallies are supported by Newmar Factory teams (Techs), Annual NKK rally which is support by Newmar, NKK area if you are making a visit to factory, Special Events with reduced pricing, (Cruises, Caravans, and Rallys) set-up by Newmar, and Konnection magazine are just a few things that you get, and of course all of the great people you'll meet.

Another benefit is when attending a NKK rally there are those who have had your problem and solved it. iRV2 is a great tool for finding out solutions to coach problems. However, nothing beats having someone personally help with your problem. Nobody knows your coach like someone who owns a like or similar coach. I've lost count on how many NKK members I've helped at rallies.

We've only owned our coach since July.
I've lost count of how many NKK members have helped US at rallies! LOL
I'm trying hard to pay it back every chance I get. We've still got so much to learn.

I give up... just tried to join Nkk. The only payment schedule I could find was Oct to Dec 31st and it's currently Dec 12th. The form states that it is $35 for the period of now until Dec 31st of the current year.... I cant find where it states what the yearly membership fee is, so I am giving up. Will try again next year.
