THANK YOU Gary
Your nice request to the NKK directors to use iRV2 site as a way to get information out to Klub members IMHO was great. As we know the NKK web site can take weeks to be updated, iRV2 can to be updated in real time.
Hope you have time for yourself Today and Tomorrow to enjoy the rest of the Show.

Overheard a Lazy Days salesman say they had sold 77 units in the first 2 days of the show.

We also talked with some of the venders and they were all happy about how little stock they had left to pack up. Hope this is the start of the spending we need to get the Country back on it's feet.
I know I did my share of buying. NO not a new coach.

We're taking our time getting out of here today. Have a great time! Met some wonderful new people, and found (or got found by) some wonderful people we had met before.

Highlights include eating at Brocato's Sandwich shop, spending Saturday morning in Ybor City and eating at the Columbia Restaurant. What a treat!

Joel found the ladder of his dreams, and we bought a sign with our names on it so strangers might not stay strangers.

Thanks to Gary, new friend Doug, Dick with the wealth of campground info, and all of you who were kind enough to think Rudy barking in joy at the sight of you was "singing"!

See you further on down the road!

To everyone who attended the rally and enjoyed the festivities I return a big thank you to you. It is because of you, the attendees, all the preparations are worth the effort. If you are happy, I am happy.

Through COB Saturday, North Trail had sold 17 coaches. I do not know how they ended the show today. Based on the target market for Newmar coaches and the price range, this is a great number. Traffic was really heavy at the booth I helped staff. The crowd seemed to be in a really good mood. Almost festive.

Just my 2 cents and my personal view on the Tampa RV Show. I am a first time vistor to this show and attended to view all the newest units from the manufacturers at one location. We are looking to upgrade from gas to diesel pusher some time this year. While I was very pleased with all the new models on display, I was a bit disappointed that several of the units that I am(possibly no longer interested) in were locked and marked as SOLD! I am happy that the market for new rv's is picking up and certainly understand that the dealers and manufacturers need to sell units. But do feel that closing the units to other viewers after the sale keeps those like me from taking full avantagge of the show. This may sound like a small gripe to some but we did travel almost 500 miles JUST FOR THE SHOW. Since this is touted as the LARGEST RV SHOW IN THE USA for the manufacturers to display their new models, that they should have on display new units that are only to be sold as "Demos" after the show. Like I said, just my 2 cents. AS
On a + note, After being unable to view the coach we originally were very interested in, we noticed the new Entegra Line and now am looking very seriously at their Insignia and Aspire models.

Dealers will open a Sold unit for you if you ask.

Locking a Sold unit is SOP as it now belongs to someone.

GaryKD...I missed the Newmar Officials meeting and missed the valuable information So....Do you mind if I use your Tampa Show information in my NKK NC chapter newsletter ? I promise to list you and iRV2 as the source. Thanks for keeping us all up to date.
