Who is going to the "Tampa Show"

Who is going to the Tampa Show in January with the Newmar Group.
When we pick up our coach from factory we will sign up.
GaryKD are you going and if you are can you set up a gathering of the iRV2 members there.

We will be at the Tampa RV Super Show, with the Newmar Special Event. As soon as I know who the host will be, I will contact them to get permission to have a iRV2 gathering.

Hi bdaball,
Consider joining the NKK RV Super Show Special Event. The Kountry Klub has their own parking space at the show. The trolley stops at our location and will take you right to the show. If you are able, you can walk to the show. I walk to the show all the time. This is needed as my diet takes a beating with all the food that is available to eat.

If you are a NKK member there is no better deal than the spending the time with other Newmar owners. If you have not yet joined the Klub, this is a buddy rally. Send me a PM if you want to join the Klub event as my buddy.

Newmar sends techs to repair some of the more simple items on your coach (there is a discounted labor & parts charge for coaches out of warranty). The entire Newmar executive team is in attendance and has a private meeting with the Klub attendees. In the past, iRV2 has hosted a social. Some Klub chapters have their January meeting and rally at this event.

We'd love to have you have you attend.

Hi Joe,
I have not driven far enough to take a valid mileage reading. Combine this with the wind in Michigan has been constant since we left Camp Newmar. We do not return to Florida until November. We are evaluating different RV resorts with the intent to buy a lot. We will be in Charleston, SC for the Region 5 Rally. The drive from Michigan to South Carolina will provide the first chance to get a feel for what the new muffler does for the fuel mileage.

Anyone know if the NKK group will be 'out back' on the South side of the Tampa Fairgrounds or mixed in with all others like last year?

Hi Dr. Bill
The site has not yet been decided upon. In January 2010 we did have our own area. It was just closer to the general population. I do not know why other than we had only about 110 coaches attend. Gut feel says that may have had something to do with the location.

Let's tell all we know about the NKK event at the Tampa Super show. The more coaches we have the better the event.

I have requested the NKK allow an iRV2 social to be held in the NKK tent at the Tampa Super show event. I'll post here when I receive a response.

FYI, If money is tight, Bates RV will be paying $7.25 / hour to hand out plastic bags at the show. Check their ad on workamper.com. (No site provided)

For information on the Tampa Supershow NKK event, I suggest you get in contact with Bob & Bonnie Krieger. They are the Region 5 directors and if they are not the hosts, they can tell you who is. Their email is: NKKregion5@verizon.net
If you get more details, please post them as I'm on the fence as to attend with NKK or privately with friends. (We got better parking spots last year privately than the NKK did.)

Just joined the NKK - Will be in the Dunedin-Clearwater area all winter - so the Tampa event is quite close by - Do not know yet if I will park the RV on site - will check the distance, advantages etc. before making a decision - See you there
