02 Intruder 350 wind noise!

To anyone who has early 2000's Intruders. We're getting a sometimes loud "whistle" when we're either going over 40 or so, or a light whistling with no headwind. Hard to explain really but over 40 and it's there.

I have NO idea what could be causing it. Anyone have this issue ever? Different wiper blades. Not the air horns I dont think, sound seems like its right in front low. Any help?

Thank you!

I have a 1999 Intruder. I have seen on this forum that the weep hole for the windows can cause the noise. You may have a small slot at the bottom of the window. They make plastic covers that go in the slot.
I have never tried to find a place to buy them, but did cover the holes with electrical tape once to see if that helped. Could not tell any difference.

Its either your windshield separating from its seal or a hole in the firewall.
Ours was the windshield.

Get some black butyl tape and squish it into a very small diameter rope and squish it up between the windshield and the seal. Works like a charm
