11.5 volts ???
Are you on shore power ?
What voltage do you have at the batteries?
If the batteries are up and the slide is the only area with low voltage.
Look under the slide when extended , for a extendable power cord set up that supplies the power ; from the coach into the slide .
The extendable power cord should have a junction box , probably in the basement and another in the wall of the slide , close to the floor . Two spots where you'll have to check for full battery voltage and good connections.

problem is just the slide. there is a junction box on the outside wall of the slide underneath where wiring comes from coach. there is also another set of wires there also that go into the outside wall underneath right beside the junction box. i believe those wires are 12v. the wiring in the junction box are 120v which i don't understand cause there is no 120v outlet in slide, only the 12v lights. there is 13.2v at the coach batteries. i will take a closer look at the 12v side, maybe there is a bad spot from the slide opening and closing. thinking about running wire from batt to wiring where it goes into wall of slide and see. thanks for replies. something weird going on for sure
