I have power gear slides and have lost the 12V power to the rear slide. The wire goes to the front of the Motor home someplace but where? I have checked all fuses under the hood, Batteries are good. I can make the slide work if I supply another 12V power supply. Any idea where when wire might go or start. I have a 02 Damon Challenger 348 on an F53 chassis. Thank You

Where did you supply the 12v before the switch or after could the switch be bad? the wire going to the front should be for the slide room enable relay (this is the one that stops you from opening the rooms with Motor running) the slides derive power from the house batteries if the other rooms work then I would assume your problem is at the control panel

On mine the switch provides direction of slide. 12 V should come to the control and the switch works direction. There is no power coming to the control. I removed the 12 V to the control and picked up power from another spot and ran the slide. I chased the wiring harness up to the steps and can't see a feed going to house battery. It looks like it goes up under the hood.

Try giving customer service a call they should be able to fax or email you a wiring diagram I have one for mine but it is 09 and a 376. Sorry I cant be more help but I dont want to send you in the wrong direction. The only thing going up front on mine is wire to the slide room enable relay however if that was bad all rooms should be inop unless you have 1 relay per room my relay is on the fire wall 10ga red wire. I dont know what changes have been made since 02 The new customer service number is 877-855-2867 ext. 6036 for east of the Mississippi -- ext. 6037 for the west of the Mississippi

My 2009 Challenger 371 had a bad slideout motor ground just aft of the long dining/bedroom slide. The first mechanic ran a separate power lead to the slide motor...it didn't work during the next road trip. Camping World found/fixed it.
