2000 Intruder transfer switch location

Hi All, I am the new owner of 2000 intruder with the v10, I am having a problem with the shore power. It will not work when plugged into a 15 amp oultet but works fine when the generator is running. I think it is the power transfer switch but I can't locate it. Does anybody know where it is or have any suggestions?
Thanks Sam

Welcome to irv2. Sorry I don't know where your Trf switch is but it's generally close to where your shore cord enters the coach. My intellitec EMS needs to be set on 20 amps when I'm plugged into power lower than 30. Don't know if you have one. I'm sure others will be along shortly.

Basic question. Have you checked to see if the 15 amp breaker is good ?

I checked the power cord on the 50 amp line and it is good. I read posts saying the transfer switch could get stuck or malfuction.
Thanks for your help Sam

Found it, thank you very much. I opened it up and moved the shore power switch up and down a few times, plugged it back in and it started working again. It is making a humming noise, is this normal?
Thanks Sam

Mine sometimes makes a humming noise. I don't think it's normal, and somewhat worries me but have not done anything about it. Make sure all connections are tight, of course remove all power source first before checking. Maybe someone can chime in on the humming noise.
