2003 Damon Ultrasport Battery Disconnect

The problem I am having is:
1. My Xantrex SW3012 Control Panel indicates my house batteries are at float and 13.6 volts.
2. My Intellitec BD1 Battery disconnect panel shows house batteries at 7.0 volts and the red light is on but dim.
3. Only half my 12 volts lights in the coach work.
4. The panel for tank readings work except for the battery voltage - those lights are dark.
5. The 12 volt distribution panel is an Iota IDP-12 - all fuses are okay.

So, what is going on? Everything was okay one day and the next day the problem appeared.

I would appreciate any advice you have. Thanks.

If the battery disconnect is a solenoid, it may be failing. Tap it with a hammer handle.

The inverter is connected directly to the batteries, by-passing the disconnect.
