2004 damon challenger basement

I just purchased this motorcoach and would like to know if I need to heat the holding tank area in the basement. With the propane heater on low temp of about 58 degrees the tank area shows 30 degrees. My thoughts are to place a small ele heater in the area to prevent freeze up. The manual says it is heated by the furnace, but I am not trusting that. Any one with past experience please advise.

Same coach but no experience as we live in Florida. Be interested to know.
