Can anyone tell me exactly where the BCC is to be found on this unit?

Hello Randy and . We are glad to have you join us and we look forward to reading of your adventures and experiences. I am sure you will enjoy the website and forums. Good luck, stay safe and keep us posted.
The BCC should be located on the firewall and if looking at the front of the coach it would be the top right corner area. If by chance it is not there look under the steps.

Are you sure you have one? There may not be a box with that label on it - could be just a couple solenoids - one for battery disconnect and another that does isolation and aux start.
You may have better luck asking this in the Thor/Damon forum - another owner may know. And you may want to ask about the specific function rather than the BCC acronym, which technically applies only to a rather sophisticated device made by Intelletec. I'm sending you a message that will allow you to moe this to the Thor/Damon forum if you choose.

Did your look in the hood area . My 12 volt house quit working , thought it was the converter, There was a box with fuses and there was a black reset button that I pushed and all my 12 volt in the coach worked again.

I've searched under the hood and have found two separate fuse boxes, one is an actual enclosed box label Ford and contains what I would assume are chassis and engine related items. The other is an open box containing the solenoid for the disconnect and a whole bunch of other fuses that I'm assuming is the Battery Control Center. I can't find any reset switches on either box but will check again. I'm also going to pull every fuse in the BCC to see if any are blown. I talked with Damon support yesterday and he said the most likely culprit would be in the BCC as the I have both shore and generator power but no house power.

On my Damon INtruder, if you open the hood, on the right you will see the brake master cylinder and bell crank assembly.
JUST to the left of that is a box which says "Battery Control Center" in great big letters on it's cover..
To the left of that (Dead center) is another box with no markings.
BOTH are fuse boxes. Just so you know. I divide fuse boxes by basically who put them there. The center box is a "Vehicle box" the fuses in there are for "Truck" stuff, Brake lights, headlights, and the like (Fuses and breakers) The BCC fruses are "House" systems.. That's where you find the fuse for itself in fact. Both have extra sockets.

On my 2004 Challenger 348, it is in the engine compartment, right hand side next to the steering post (where the grease fitting is)

Thanks for the replies. I found the BCC, it was on the right side of the engine compartment but was not in an enclosed box. Unfortunately, after checking all the fuses in the 'box', my problem is still there which is not having any battery power inside the coach. Generator and shore power both work fine, battery disconnect is definitely hitting the solenoids and power is coming into the solenoid and out of the solenoid. The MH is in the shop now getting a jack fix, so I'm just having them check this out to. Will let you know what they find.

Sounds like the cover is missing.. The Box on the right,, Are there three heavy duty wires hooked to the bottom of it? and a bunch of lesser with fuses of all sorts and sizes, including some spares?
If so go to the Intellectc web site and downlaod BCC manuals till you find one that looks a lot like what you got.. Though I'm sure there are differences,, I suspect they are not that great.
