Hi, I have an 06 challenger fifth wheel. We can't seem to figure out how to get the heater to come on. Went to a camper store and ofcourse they want to charge us $95 an hour to come out and program the remote. SURELY someone knows how to operate it???

Hurricaner, would you describe the procedure for installing the wall thermostat? What brand of t'stat did you use. How did you run the wiring? Do you still have to use the remote to turn the furnace on and off?

Bruce

Chuck, our remote operates the furnace without using the timer. As was suggested, try resetting the remote. If that doesn't work, I would suggest contacting Carrier RV division to discuss the problem with them. I found that they are very willing to talk and have a lot of expertise regarding their product.
