2008 Damon Astoria Pacific 3770

We discovered the Astoria last week and in my research and have discovered several in the area. Most have low miles as well. It appears that is lot at any one time. Therefore, I would like any comments the readers have about these units, pros or con.

Its Damon,s entry level Diesel I dont know of any particular problems except in 08 and 09 they seemed to flood the market with them and a lot trade up to more expensive pushers

I have a 2009, 3776 bunk house model. It is a entry level unit but a nice one for sure. For the money it is a good value. Ours had low miles and some minor issues but so far the things i didn't like i have fixed. at first fuel mileage was only about 7.5 but our last outing of over a thousand miles averaged 9.5 mpg overall and that was towing a toad on a dolly, running generator and the dash air.

If this is your first DP you may likely trade up but for us this will be our last and we have a good coach for the money. It will serve us a long time.

I just bought a 2006 3679 with 300 hp Cummins. I traded my 2011 Class C Chateau. The v10 drinks gas, 6 mpg, and the class C drives like a truck. I sure hope the class A works better for us. This will be our last RV.
