2008 Tuscany Radio/Nav system

I have an "all-in-one", that has no brand name. Similar to one sold
by Nesa-Vision. Trying to find a map update for it, but no success
so far. I tried Navteq, but that say I need to go thru the manufacturer.
But, there is no manufacturer name. It was put in by Mobile Optics, they
don't answer any inquiries. Anyone had any luck ?

We have a 2008 Essence and the dealer had to pull ours out and it is made in China. I found no brand name, but when it boots up the Jensen name comes up. Talked to a Jensen rep and he says this thing does not belong to them The dealer took our first one out and replaced it with a new one within 4 months of the purchase of the coach. The second one works no better. We are not happy with the thing at all. You cannot listen to the radio or a CD and view the rear camera at the same time.
Met an iRV2 member in Charleston a while back who had gone to the factory and they changed his unit out and put in one that really works. I expect the factory rep might have the information you seek. If you find any information on a replacement that fits all the wiring, please let me know. I really don't want to drive from Ga to Indiana have the same unit installed a third time. Good luck

ours is a jensen and was replaced by an arm of jensen when it took a powder

I was told by damon the map parts were no longer available because the contracts did not get renewed....this was in 2009, I since use a garmin

and pull up where we are going using my trucks nav system then make notes for points of interest....
someday i will find a great nav for the rv that doesn't cost 2 arms and a leg
would be nice to pop my trucks systme in the rv.....
