360 Siphon Vent
While washing my roof I bumped my vent covers and they shattered so I ordered 2 360's. The one I replaced with only a slight mod. (adaptor to switch from 1 1/4 to 1 1/2) When I went to do the second one I noticed that there was no vent pipe coming through the roof. I can feel the hole but it is covered by the epdm. Why would they put a vent cover with no vent? Are both tanks vented with one vent? This non-vent is about 5 feet away from the other vent and in the middle of the coach. I don't know if this is an actual vent or if the hole just goes to never never land. I am tempted to cut the epdm around the hole and do some exploring but the little voice in my head is screaming nooooooo. I do have some eternabond in case this hole goes nowhere.
Anyone else have just one vent?

I'd think the black and grey tanks each deserve their own vent. If possible, I'd try to get a light, mirror, or camera above the tanks and see if both are vented. You could try taping off the vent with a piece of Saran Wrap and then dumping the tanks to see which one or both are connected to the vent. (the Saran Wrap should dimple when dumping the tank)
If both are connected to one vent and no one has reported a problem in 15 years, I'd leave it alone.

I can see the black vent pipe and three pipes coming into the grey.
1. Shower and bath sink
2. Kitchen
3. W/D
The shower drain is coming into the grey tank next to the vent pipe for the black. It is possible that the vent is a wet vent tied into the shower but since those pipes are next to each other you would think that they would exit the roof next to each other. There is absolutely no plumbing under the 2nd vent cap.
When dumping the grey tanks it seems to be siphoning the traps

I don't think your grey tank is vented. Not sure that's up to RVIA code, but a little late to report them now. On your sinks, see if there's a cheater vent that allows air into the drain.
Oatey 1-1/2 in. ABS PTC In-Line Cheater Vent-39012 at The Home Depot
If you have the space, I guess a vent through the roof could be added for the grey tank, but it would be a real pain to route the pipe, not to mention the issue of drilling and sealing vent into the grey tank itself.

I do have the cheater vents on the two sinks but I don't know about the shower.
I can deal with filling the traps when dumping.
I guess the vent cover in the middle of the roof is just a dummy. Since it's busted I guess I'll just replace it and leave it as a dummy.
Just doesn't make sense

The extra vent cap covers the area where a satellite dish would be attached and probably contains the cable used to connect to the receiver.

I think Gary's idea is probably the answer. You could always contact Thor and ask.

I have 3 tanks and FOUR vents.
1 Vent is for the black tank
1 for the gray tank
1 for the wash tank (listed as Gray 2 or Rear Gray on my panel it is a Wash Water tank, that is gray but no kitchen sink, Some places this makes a difference)
AND ONE: Is the wire port for a rooftop satellite antenna having coax and 12 volt leads below it.

I saw pictures of a similar situation in a post last year, best that the member could figure out was that the rubber roof had been cut during the install and the factory had covered the cut with a vent to avoid replacing the entire roof material.
His reasoning was , had there just been a repair visible , any prospective buyer would have rejected the coach without a replacement of the roof, where his discovery of the issue was years later when the faux vent required replacement.
