Please help - NEW to the forum and need help -I have a 97 damon intruder I just bougth 2 weeks ago with a CSL - Cytech model 3000 dc load panel made in elkhart Indianna. I do not have 12v output to the radio and the mirrors in the coach, I need a schematic for this panel and details on the 3 relays at the top of the panel. some of the rows of fuses have voltage on them and then others do not. I have traced voltage to this panel but can't figure out how it is suppose to work for output. Does any one own one and have schematics or manuals on this motor home? I would be willing to pay printing cost if anyone would go to the effort - Unfortunely this motor home did not have any manuals with it.

Thanks to everyone

Have checked chassis fuse panel and power dist panel of chassis and it is not there, also check ac/dc converter and everything in all these panels work, just problem on the cytech power panel outputs relays click and engage on the 1st two relays but the one closes to the door doesn't engage anytime - mirrors dead, radio dead and driving lights have no 12vdc to the switches.

You will notice that there are two groups of fuses on the panel. One group gets power from one buss and the other from another buss. You can see the power grid through the circuit board. Check to see if all your dead circuits are on one buss?

My '97 intruder is on a freightliner chassis and there is an additional panel of fuses for the chassis at the drivers left foot on the firewall.

Do you hear a click in the solenoids when you switch the chassis power switch on the dashboard? My chassis solenoid sometimes sticks and it takes several attempts to make it connect. I will change it soon.

Let us know what you find out and we can proceed from there.

Thanks Vintage, the 1st white/rogers relay was the culprit they only bond the ground internal with a spring and it had corroded and would not pull the coil in and power up the half of the board like you suggested.

My problem on my 96 Damon Intruder is I cant get to that fuse panel down by your left foot. Its impossible to reach. Somebody must have been high when they designed this....I suppose remove (unbolt) the whole drivers seat might be a solution but what a pita that would be.
