Does the blower run? If so and the compressor is not running, could be the starting capacitor. Just a thought

If your rig is 30 amp, check front/rear switch and breaker on generator. if 50 amp. Check for any indicator on the control board (look up through filer) I believe there is supposed to be one there.. In other threads today I've told of my Intruder which did the same thing, Turned out to be loose screws in the breaker box so the wire was NOT making contact.

There are other possible issues too but those are the big ones.

Question: When you hold the E-cool button long enough (or push a button on the remote) does it beep at you? (Translation: Is it getting 12 volts and processing commands)

The Carrier's sometimes need to be reset. Turn off all power including flipping the disconnect power off button up front to disconnect all power. Let it set 5 minutes then turn on the power to the coach. It will reset the controller board in the lower unit and all should be well.

The A/C and 12 V both have to be off the controller board for about 5 minutes to reset it. It fixes it every time...
