Astoria propane shutoff valve

There is a user over on the Motorhomes - class A forum who is desperately trying to find out where his LPG tank shut-off valve is located and how he can access it. Would someone please post an answer here or over on the Class A forum ?

on the tuscany the manual valve is on the tank itself
plus the 12 volt shut off valve
easiest access is through the plastic panel in the front basement area.

our coach has two switches to shut it off
one at the wet bay and one above the door in the compartment the houses all the slide switches and tank monitors

and the electric switches will shut off all incoming or out going propane
when its getting filled the switch needs to be ON
i think some propane guy is being hard headed about filling a rv tank
