The sound is incredible as compared to the sound bar. Thankfully you can turn off the sub woofer as that starts to loosen all the calking.
Thanks! I saw those yellow taped cables (both ends) but thought they were already hooked up through the back (been a while since I've been under the dash), and I'm using the Aux In for my Sirius docking station. Sounds like I'm going to have to dig around under there to sort it all out.

But, it sounds like it's going to be worth while to do so.

Where I was confused was at the TV. I had the RCA cables plugged into the wrong jacks. I have a 3.5mm audio out on the new TV and had to buy and adapter which put sound out correctly. I did have to go and re-solder the connections however which was a real PITA!

The easy fix to get the audio into your head unit is to get the same RCA to 3.5mm audio adapter and just go through the front when you want home theater sound.

What, confused? YOU? No way. I like to think of it as you were simply contemplating the appropriate way to address the issue at hand!
