Black water flush line

Problem: 2007 Tuscany, with both drain lines open and fresh water is turned on to flush the black tank, water comes out of the drain vent under the bathroom sink. Flooding the coach.

That is an air vent to prevent back flow of the black tank flush system. It is defective and causing the problem you are seeing.

They may be through the vent pipes going to the roof.
However what we are talking about is the air breaker for your black tank flush system. It it normally supposed to be closed but when it becomes defective and stays open, the water that is supposed to flush the black tank comes out of that air vent/breaker.

the anti siphon valve is under the bathroom sink.
I removed mine and replaced it with new lines to make it fit in the wet bay.
I to had the flush the sink experience.

the black tank flusher only flushes the blank tank.
the gray does not have one from the factory

i installed a gray tank flusher, using the tank tornado, real easy

i also added a second blank tank flusher to the black tank near the the passenger side of the tank on top, to help flush the area under the toilet.

blank tank vent is right near the bath room vent. i have had to run a water hose down it a few times to clear out the tank.
if you shine a light down the pipe you will see the "Y" that splits for the grey and the black. I have no idea why they vented both tanks on the same line.
hope it helps
damon gave us great access to both sides of the waste tanks,

Anti-siphon backflow vacuum breaker device

When water flows in a disc lifts up closing off OPEN section and allows water to flow to nozzle
When disc does not fully seat water flows out the open section into the inside of RV

Most mfg. install a cheap device.....better quality ones are available

Cheap one....

Better one....

OR remove, hard connect and then install a backflow vacuum breaker on hose
(no more leaks inside RV!)
