I have a 2007 Tuscany and recently tried to check the coach battery levels. There is a slide out tray with four batteries but there doesn't seem to be enough clearance on top of the batteries to actually check the levels. What the secret to checking the levels?

I use a small telescoping mirror and a flashlight. It's more fun adding the water!

Doesn't the slide come out all the way so the batteries are in the open?

I'll check. Last time I tried it seemed that it would only slide out a foot or so.

I am a little late on this reply, but my Escaper is the same setup. I leave the bedroom slide in and remove the clip from the piston on the bay door, open the bay door all the way , bungie it to the awning strap bracket. Then my tray slides out far enough to check the batteries. I do use an inspection mirror on the back two batts.
