I can't keep my coach at home to keep it plugged in. I have it stored in a lot without electricity. It's a county ordinance.

I'll bet it is either a township or home owner's association's rule rather than a county rule. I am in Amateur radio and hear of this cropping up with antenna height restrictions set either by townships or HOA's. It's why I moved out to the boonies, but recently the township tried to limit commercial antennas and with legal creep it usually ends up fanning out and get more than what it was originally intended for.

If it is county, is it about keeping your coach on your property or about keeping it plugged in?

It is a county rule. They have all kind of rules on the books. No boats or RV'S on your property. You still see a lot around though. It's only a problem if someone complains. They can fine you $200 a day it says! I don't want to take the chance.

ouch 200 per day
we have silly rules here in our subdivision, but the haphazard enforce over the last 4 years has the company scrambling...they are guilty of sporadic enforcement and only on those who wont challenge them back.
so it leads to more and more odd violations that they cant enforce.

I built a shelf between the gararge doors, big enough for 2, 6 volt house batteries(mine) and one 12 volt house battery(father in-law's).Then I bought a 1.5 amp battery charger/ maintainer and connected to them all. It took three days for the lot to reach full charge so I bought a second for the 6 volt batteries. May even go to three maintainers, well see how it goes.
+1 thats a pain been thinking of relocating them to one of the compartments on a small slide
