I have twenty bucks that sys I have a compartment key that will open 75% of the compartments out there.

Change the locks on your compartment as soon as you can. I kid you not. The key is the same for 75% of ther compartments out there.

Someone asked where to buy the Master Key lock box. I got mine from Home Depot -- I fugure that Lowes or any other good hardware store would have them.

The propane door can't be locked due to fire codes (not that you asked) so I too felt it was the perfect place to store a spare door key.

Mine is in a Realtor box (The kind used to bolt a key to the outside of a house so a realtor can show it when the owner is not home. I have had to use it on rare occasions.

The other thing I do is this

On the key ring for the motor home is spare keys for my towed.

On the key ring for the towed is spare DOOR keys for the Motor home
