I have the same stress cracks on my Challenger, short of having Thor replace the corner trim pieces, I simply seal the cracks and watch them to insure they don't grow any bigger.

Our 2007 has no issues with these cracks. Has to be the "armstrong" screw tightening...

Daybreak Classic also has cracks on all four corners. Are we sure its tight screws and not stress related?

My 2007 Daybreak has them too. I have sealed the cracks with caulking. Been meaning to look at getting replacements, but it is never on my mind at the right time. Seems to be an epidemic.

Ours has cracked on one but it is in the V at the center away from any screws as if the whole thing was forced to comply.
I cannot supply a photo as it is inaccessible it is in storage.

This company may have the replacements. They are listed in the slide out seal section www.pellandent.com
