So - I need to hurry up and turn the garage into a bedroom. It's like what happens when you own a pickup truck - but much worse. People are starting to cash in favors and have me haul stuff long distance for them...

Oh, that's ugly.

Return the favor by asking them to pay for the gas?

Wow man, that's not exactly fair unless they loaned you the money for it. At 7mpg it'll cost you a lot to help them out.

Either that or you really like them a lot!

Hauled my GF's daughter's nick-knacks and memorabilia from Phx to Austin. I drove straight through. What did I get for it? Fast food and several blown ST tires on the way home. And this was the lightest load my 33' toy haul ever hauled.

Well I was bringing the RV out to my parents anyway to show off to them. It wasn't so much that I had to haul it, it's just that I had to load and unload it.

Well now that's the worst part! You need to go to an appliance store and get a bunch of refrigerator boxes. Six ov them should fill the back up enough to demonstrate that you "just don't have any room back there"

What kind of Segway are you running? I have an X2 on order and am currently running the heck out of my I2 all over the South Florida area. I have yet to see one in any CG I've stopped at.
