In another forum I have just found out that KWIKEE (Steps) has been purchased by the company that owns Power Gear and Marinco

And they no longer offer end-user customer assistance it appears.

Holding company mame:Actuant

Web site is, I believe the obvious one (www. .com)

Personal opinion: There is one and only one reason to lay off your customer support staff.

That is: You wish to have no more customers to support.. Please grant their wish

Too bad if this happens. Kwikee customer support was GREAT the several times I called them.

Things may have changed

Last I heard they were once again answering the Cusstomer support phones.. Took a month off for Christmas
