Customer Service

Last year I managed to make contact between a fire ring and my Stainless wheel cover lugnut and...POP and off comes a lugnut cover.
It happens, it really bugs you but it happens.

Called the Thor industries customer service and truthfully explained it to them what happened. The guy said no problem and sent 2 of them... Gratis.

That is what I call service.

KC1BUD, Thanks for sharing you positive service experience. It's the only way that the RV business is going to stay viable.

Well I got the replacements the other day and they are different. They aren't as tall and are more domed than the originals.
