So why does Damon advertise that you "get" coach.net free when you buy new after 1/1/08, but they don't tell you how to actually receive the service/join.
I called coach.net and they told me Damon has to set you up. Spent 21min listening to music and now tried the email path.
Anybody have suggestions or an email contact within damon that handles coach.net set up?

Most 95 % dealers that sell rv offer free for first year Coach.net . this is the understanding I got when I bought my new M/H .
Call your dealer and ask to speak to or better yet go in person and speak to the sales manager himself and have them call COACH.Net . in front of you . And get the person name at COACH.NET on the other end for confirmation.

I sent CN an email and got a response within an hour.
Alex said that Damon "pulled" the records on 11Aug08 and that she found my name in the system and provided me with my membership/phone numbers. I bought my coach 31July, could thing I didn't need the numbers those 11 days. Alex said that Damon should have my cards/info within 14days.

I picked up my new Challenger 376 on July 26th. At the time of delivery the dealer, Stoltzfus RV in West Chester, PA, handed me my Coachnet card with membership number and 800 numbers.

I had the same problem. I talked with Coach-net first and was referred backto Damon to set it up. I left an email to Damon support and they set it up that day. Coach-net confirmed they had my info and I was covered the next day. It was a couple of weeks later when I got cards in mail.
