Just an FYI to everyone. I called Damon's Customer Support number on Friday and Four Winds answered the phone. I haven't spoken with anyone in Customer Service for a while and wondered if this has been going on for a while.

No one there knew of my contacts I had at Damon (namely Tony) so I had to go with the person on the phone for assistance.

Does anyone have a good contact at Four Winds now to use as a reference? We are leary with Four Winds because of a bad gas coach we had a few years back...

yep I emailed him and this was the response, i was not surprised by his quick turnaround. I have had a great relationship with their customer service reps.
and Tony has provided tons of valuable information and greasing of skids

The new customer service number is 877-855-2867 ext. 6036 for east of the Mississippi -- ext. 6037 for the west of the Mississippi. Damon & Four Winds have combined service and parts and is now known as Thor Motorized Services
Thank you,
Tony"

Hmmm. Not sure about this. Had an email with Tony just last week. I did have his email address, however and didn't go through Thor or Damon customer service.

I'm hoping we are talking about the same Tony. I was talking about Tony Piwoszkin who I had worked with back in early 2008 (last time we even had to call anyone at Damon). I tried his old Damon e-mail and got rejected. If it the same Tony I'm glad Damon still has him working for them

Didn't matter in the long run. I called and Pat Hurley answered the phone. After working with him I would also put him very much on the 'good guy' list. He was able to get my questions answered quickly. So now I have two contacts for support that can get things done (like you I NEVER lose the contact info for those who can help).

In the end it didn't matter which person answered the phone I was still able to get the great service I've come to expect (and am still shocked by - why I don't know - it's how I treat my clients every day).

Can we really be this spoiled with the Thor Motorized Services support team?

The physical location of thor motorized service is directly across the street from the main entrance to the four winds factory. the Damon factory is out the back door of the four winds factory and accessible from the street one block west of the four winds factory. Damon and Four Winds are operated as separate entities even though warranty work and service are now consolidated. All of this happened about a year ago when Damon stopped leasing its own factory and moved into a Four Winds owned building
