Damon manual slide operation
Hi folks,
Has anyone ever had to manually retract their Damon slide? If so what tools are needed?
Thanks,

You may want to post what kind of slide mechanism(s) you have.
Hydraulic or Electric, and manufacturer of mechanism.
My two smaller slides are electric and from Lippert, and their doc has a process to use to manually override the controls. My larger hydraulic slides have their own process.

IstMH - If I remember yours should be an electric motor. There is a procedure to retract manually if it get stuck in the out position. I have the manual for this. If you didn't find the info, let me know. It is pretty much straight forward. Just disconnect the actuator and manually push the slide back into place. You will need a travel bar to lock the slide in place. These can be found on the internet, and a lot of Rv dealers carry them.

Thanks Hawkeye,
I have the manual that came with the coach. Is it a separate manual?
