Dash Switches on 2000 Ultrasport

Not overly schooled on the coach, P/O not available, and I just noticed a switch on the right side of the dash ( one position above the Generator Sw. ) that has a "battery" symbol on it. What is it for? I don't want to mess with it until I know .

That should be the relay that allows you to use the house batteries to start the engine. Usually you hold it for 15 seconds then release and then start.

Thanks sjweave, I'm amazed at the lack of documention on this coach, however it's 20 years and 3 owners old, and if it wasn't for this forum, I'd be sitting on the side of the road in Wyoming wondering "Wha' Th' Heck is THAT?
"?

I have a 2001 Ultrasport that we've had for two years. I also thought that mine didn't come with any documentation. One day I realized the one of the steps in the entrance had a lid. I lifted the lid on the second step, and there was a huge pile of manuals. It might be worth looking at the steps on yours.
